We work within a series of coaching sessions structured over a 12 week period – 1 hour once a week or once a fortnight; depending on how quickly you’d like to achieve your goals.
A 1 hour conversation to get a snapshot of where you are right now gets you started. In that session we set 3 spectacular goals together - goals much more inspiring than you could ever manage to dream up on your own.
In session 2, a clear strategic plan is unveiled. This is "how" you're going to get to your goals.
We'll be checking in on all the goals each session and setting some fun and creative actions for you to take between sessions. If you are serious about making significant changes and improvements, you need to commit to a reasonable number of sessions.
Session 12 is a celebration of your goal achievements, reflecting on where you started and how far you've come.
During our regular sessions we:
- Clarify objectives in a specific, measurable, achievable, relevant way; including time frames for the goals.
- Identify the inspiration and/or motivation behind the objective.
- Define the client's core values or in other words, what's most important to them and therefore is the basis for decision making.
- Explore and sometimes challenge the beliefs, attitudes and choices of a client.
- Identify their strengths, skills, potential and opportunities.
- Identify potential obstacles and limitations and co-design solutions for them, before and/or as they occur.
- Reframe or re-design self-limiting belief systems into positive, realistic and relevant new models of thinking.
- Teach and share personal and professional development information, tools, techniques and strategies relevant to the client.
- Create an action plan for goal achievement.
- Celebrate accomplishments, both the milestone moments as well as the end result.
- Support the individual throughout the process in a non-judgemental, unbiased and solution focused approach.
- Encourage the client to acknowledge their achievements and skills and inspire them to continue their development journey.
